Dear placement officers, recruiters, and students,
When we started building EzUnihire at DeepTalent, we kept seeing the same three problems. Placement cells verified student data over email threads, recruiters sorted résumé piles by hand, and students guessed which drives they were even eligible for.
From the beginning, we believed one shared, verified record could change that.
So we built a platform where the placement cell approves every change from a queue, recruiters see who is eligible and who is matched as two honest views, and students see every door their profile actually opens.
Along the way, we held on to one principle: nothing should be a black box. Every approval is logged, every rule is visible, and every match score explains itself.
